Production CRM integration is not currently active on this website. The contact form proceeds through an email draft only to respond to the request, evaluate the project need, and manage communication. The digital maturity assessment can be completed anonymously; if follow-up, report delivery, or expert review is requested, name, email, company, phone, sector information, score summary, maturity level, weak areas, and roadmap summary may be shared by email. Raw answers are not sent by default. Cookie and analytics preferences are separate from form submission, and personal data must not be sent to analytics. ORIN experiences require separate approval for data-processing and AI boundaries before production activation. Recipient categories are limited to the email provider, hosting provider, and future CRM/automation providers only when separately approved.

2Purpose of Processing
Personal data may be processed for preparing service offers, responding to requests, evaluating project needs, managing digital maturity follow-up/report/expert-review requests, contract processes, technical support, legal obligations, and website security.
3Processed Data Categories
Identity, contact, company, phone, sector, service request, message content, digital maturity score summary, maturity level, weak areas, roadmap summary, transaction records, and technical website data may be processed.
4Legal Basis
Data is processed based on contract establishment or performance, legal obligations, legitimate interest, and explicit consent where required.
5Transfer of Personal Data
Data may be shared with business partners, suppliers, professional advisors, and legally authorized authorities where required for service delivery. It is not sold for commercial purposes.
6Retention Periods
Personal data is retained for the period required by legislation, contract relationship, and processing purpose; then deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.
7Data Subject Rights
Under Article 11 of KVKK, you have rights to information, access, correction, deletion, objection, and compensation for damages.
